We provide customized training programmes to ensure that all new users can fully understand and use the new AWARDS-BA³ system. Your staff receive full system training on how to use AWARDS-BA³ specific to their own individual areas of responsibility.

We are happy to offer complete system training either on site or at our own premises. We also provide extra system training materials designed to help in training new staff or retraining existing users later on.

Refresher Training:

As staff and processes change, we offer, by arrangement, new, refresher or "best practices" system training on all aspects of AWARDS-BA³. Classes are scheduled throughout the year at our facilities in Dublin, providing training to Management, Systems, and Operations Personnel on the AWARDS-BA³ solution.

In addition to offering training on the AWARDS-BA³, we also arrange training courses in third party products as required.
